Dis_Labeled Dolly Diva | Disability Rights & IEP Advocacy - Contact

We welcome questions about advocacy and community support. Our support is educational and practical; it is not legal representation, medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment, or emergency care. Contacting us, submitting an intake, or requesting a booking does not by itself establish ongoing services. We confirm the scope and any fees before services begin. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

Share only what is needed for your request. Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, financial-account details, or medical or school records through this general form. Ask us to agree on an appropriate way to share sensitive documents. Communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

This form and our advocacy hotline are not emergency or crisis services. For immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. In the U.S., call or text 988 for mental-health crisis support.
